How to practise JEE Main PYQs effectively

  1. Finish the theory of a chapter first. Attempting PYQs before understanding the concept wastes the question.
  2. Solve 2010–2019 untimed. Focus on approach and solution quality, not speed.
  3. Re-attempt mistakes the same week. Space-repeat errors before they calcify.
  4. Move to 2020–2025 in timed mode. Use the palette and skip logic like you would in the real CBT.
  5. Finish with a mixed chapter test. Verify retention with unfamiliar question orders.
